Terms of Service. By purchasing this license, you are agreeing to my TOS and agree to abide by MY rules even if you dont like them.

DO NOT edit/sculpt my head on ANY model. (this includes blendshapes to change my head)

DO NOT remove anything with my name from the model! (this includes my hair pin, chain, or any textures with my name.)

DO NOT take/reuse - textures, materials, sculpts, or any mesh from my model! its in no way allowed for reuse commercial OR personal.

my models MUST be recognizable as the original meaning you must keep majority of the original model (assets, textures, materials), you can open a ticket and ask if you are unsure if it is.

"how much of your model can i edit?"

you can change colors, textures, clothes, hair, HOWEVER if you plan on changing the WHOLE outfit please do not change the hairs, as it keeps it recognizable..

you can in NO way make a new model from my models, meaning - taking the clothes, most the hairs, and changing the texture to make it look like a whole new model.

i love seeing edits in my models, and will show below some "heavy" edits in my models that still follow my rules.

Avatars & Models that you purchase from me are NOT refundable! it is a digital product!

DO NOT upload or send to other accounts or friends. You can only upload for someone or edit the model for somone if you BOTH have bought the license in FULL amount.

DO NOT claim it as your own work, even if you have changed or edited it for yourself.

DO NOT make my avatars public. At all. Doesn't matter if changes were made!

USE of this model for streaming is okay! if able to leave a link to my discord/store that'd be appreciated!!!

You CAN make my models NSFW i just personally do NOT make them/sell nsfw! (do not promote my models as nsfw.)

My models are specifically made for VRCHAT which means I do NOT allow anyone to use them outside the game, exceptions can be made but that has to be asked in private.

Nothing stated above is optional.

FILLING OUT INCORRECT INFO will result in access to this license being revoked. (if you make a typo/an email was used you no longer have access to, open a ticket in my server.)

Assets that you purchase from me are NOT refundable! it is a digital product!

if you purchase a unlisted product and it doesnt work/unavailable that is still NOT refundable, do not purchase unavailable things.

My assets/textures are only allowed on public/private or for sale models, i do NOT allow them to be used on free/nitro models, unless you’ve personally asked me and gotten my permission. -(this counts for my free assets)

If my assets are to be used on a forsale model i expect to be properly credited with my name ( Yura ) and a link to my shop/discord server. 

If you use my work and i find out you have me banned from your server you will be banned from buying from me!! so PLEASE check before using my work!!

Do NOT take credit for my work, you are also NOT allowed to use my assets privately or commercially unless bought directly from me. 

You are NOT allowed to use my work if you’ve been banned from my server.
