┋You are NOT allowed to reuse my textures, materials, sculpts, assets or ANYTHING else from my models, my textures, assets, and work is very edited to my liking, please buy the original and edit it yourself!! - (this counts for personal/commercial models.)

┋You can make/use my models nsfw i just personally do NOT make them/sell nsfw! (do not promote my models as nsfw.)

┋Yes, you can upload my models to multiple accounts YOU own, it just MUST be only your account on vrchat.

┋cannot be made public in any form. This includes: distribution to other individuals or groups of people, making the avatars and its contents public on your VRChat account, or being placed in VRChat world avatar pedestals. Edits of my avatars cannot be made public or redistrubuted either. Any edits of my models are to remain for personal use. 

┋My models are specifically made for VRCHAT which means I do NOT allow anyone to use them outside the game, exceptions can be made but that has to be asked in private. 

┋If you wanna use my models for streaming on Twitch/Tiktok content or Youtube you have full permission as long as you own the personal liscence to the said model and credit me for the model.

ASSETS/TEXTURE TOS

┋My assets/textures are only allowed on public/private or for sale models, i do NOT allow them to be used on free/nitro models, unless you’ve personally asked me and gotten my permission. -(this counts for my free assets)

┋If my assets are to be used on a forsale model i expect to be properlycredited with my name ( ai ) and a link to my shop/discord server. 

┋If you use my work and i find out you have me banned from your server you will be banned from buying from me!! so PLEASE check before using my work!!

┋Do NOT take credit for my work, you are also NOT allowed to use my assets privately or commercially unless bought directly from me. 

┋You are NOT allowed to use my work if you’ve been banned from my server.
